Skype is the best way of communication. it allows to send emojis and text message or attachments etc which peoples know but it is an amazing thing that you can use skype commands in chat. this type of command is known as “Cloud-based Chat Commands” that allow you to perform all administrative tasks. if you use your account on a public or any friend’s pc and you forget account logout. don’t worry you can use remotely logout your account by sending command. you can perform many operations by commands. you need to login to Skype.com first.

The list of some useful commands along with their descriptions.

/add username(s) :
Add users to the chat. (you can add multiple users, you need to separate them by a space).

Display information of users who have access to chat.

Show all banned users of this chat.

Display the chat creator information or the cloud chats says “This chat type does not have a creates” and shows the list of admins.

Create a new chat group.

Disable any notification about the chat member’s birthday.

Logout the session of the current user from all devices except the current device.

Synchronizes the contact list.

/set allowlist username(s)
Add “+” in front of username the command show which users have rights to join the chat “-” sign in front of username removes it from the trusted list.
Examples:
/set allowlist +user123
/set allowlist -user123

/set banlist username(s)
If you want to ban user to specific chat user “+” to add them in the ban list. Use “-” to remove a user from the ban list of the chat and allow them to take part in chat again.
Examples:
/set banlist +user123

Set the description of the chat. which can show using /get description command.

/set options paramete
To Change chat options use set option you need to use “+” to enable an option and use “-” to disable before option.
Examples:
/set options -HISTORY_DISCLOSED
/set options +JOINING_ENABLED

Enable password to chat in a group to allow authenticate members who have the password.

ADDING_LOCKED_FOR_USERS
Prevents Normal users to add new members.

HISTORY_DISCLOSED
Recently joined members do not have permission to see the chat before joining you can see the history by using this command.

JOINERS_BECOME_APPLICANTS
Applicants can join with limited privileges (can not read and write). They need permissions from users who is creator or master.

JOINERS_BECOME_LISTENERS
Listeners can join with limited privileges(can only read but not write chat) until they become USER

JOINING_ENABLED
Users can join with USER privileges

MODERATED
Moderate cab join chat but they do not have permission to change profile pic and the name of the conference

TOPIC_AND_PIC_LOCKED_FOR_USERS
User with Create has the right to change the subject and chat logo.

USERS_ARE_LISTENERS
All users along with their role receive the message but can not write a message
